Know what this cup means? |

Value for money
Got the first sign of value for money from the nursery school on Friday as the big one arrived home with this interesting looking cup she had made. I have no idea what the cup is about, but they are everywhere in shops made out of chocolate. The coat of arms are from the city of Geneva, but I am yet to fathom what the cup means, what it has been used for or why it is special. Of course the three year old was unable to help at all.
Of course another indication of value for money might be the French she is speaking. Up to six now in bi-lingual counting, and the other day spent most of the morning shouting penser at everyone and everything. She also now happily uses the parts of the language she has mastered merci, au revoir, whenever and where ever they might be useful, which saves on time prodding her to say merci, and then explaining to the shop keeper that she does know it she's just being a bit shy.
